Help cure neurodegenerative disease
February 18, 2007
Our mission is simple: to cure neurodegenerative disease. It’s a long road, but one we have to take. To raise fund medical research into neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia with Lewy Bodies, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease, we have committed to an expedition of the entire Bicentennial National Trail.
The 5330km trail is the longest of its kind anywhere in the world; crossing the four States of Victoria, NSW, ACT and Queensland, the Trail is within a 4-hour drive of over 11 million Australians. The brainchild of bushman R.M. Williams, the Trail was established in 1988 in time for the Australia’s bicentennial celebrations, and is punctuated by Australia’s unique history and environment.
The journey will take place in 2009. Please contact us to get involved.
